Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mktoto ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://mktoto.lat ("Site"). By accessing, browsing or using any part of the mktoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

mktoto provides information, entertainment tools and account services relating to online sports betting and casino-style gaming for adult Malaysian users. The platform is designed to be used on a mobile-first basis and supports MYR-denominated payment guidance consistent with established Malaysian banking and e-wallet channels.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must stop using the mktoto platform immediately. Continued use following the publication of any updated version of these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

Registration on and use of the mktoto platform is permitted only where all of the following eligibility conditions are met:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mktoto applies a minimum age of 21 in line with internationally recognised standards for casino-style gambling services.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one active mktoto account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of this Agreement.
• Accurate registration: All information submitted at registration — including full name, date of birth, address and payment details — must be truthful, complete and kept up to date.
• Own account use: You may use only your own registered account. Using another person's account or allowing another person to use yours is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement or voluntary exclusion agreement that covers the mktoto platform.

mktoto reserves the right to require supporting identity documents at any time as part of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. This verification process applies uniform standards to users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and elsewhere in Malaysia.

Terms of Use

You may use mktoto only for lawful, personal and non-commercial entertainment. You are responsible for confirming that access to online gambling services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you connect. The availability of mktoto in a particular location does not constitute a representation that use is permitted under local law.

You must review the rules, odds, payout information and applicable conditions before placing a wager or participating in a game. Sports events such as the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia and UFC may be affected by postponements, abandoned fixtures, official result corrections or other circumstances outside mktoto's control. Settlement will be based on the applicable market rules and recognised official results.

Account Obligations and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and other security credentials. Credentials must not be disclosed to family members, friends, agents or any person claiming to represent mktoto. You must notify mktoto promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, identity misuse or an unexplained account transaction.

• Secure credentials: Use a unique password and change it immediately if it may have been compromised.
• Accurate details: Keep your contact, residential and payment information complete and current.
• Personal devices: Sign out after using mktoto on a shared device and avoid storing credentials in an insecure location.
• Transaction review: Check your balance and account history regularly and report discrepancies without unreasonable delay.
• No credential sharing: You remain responsible for activity conducted through your account where access resulted from your failure to safeguard login details.

mktoto may apply additional authentication or request further information when account activity appears unusual. Security reviews are intended to protect users and the integrity of the platform. They may delay access to funds while relevant facts are assessed.

Payments, Bonuses and Withdrawals

Transactions are generally presented in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR or RM). Available methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and transfers involving Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong. Availability depends on the user's account status, payment provider, banking hours and applicable verification requirements.

Deposits must be made from a payment method held in the registered account holder's name. Third-party funding, cash obtained through unlawful activity and transactions intended to conceal the source of funds are prohibited. mktoto may request evidence of payment ownership or source of funds where reasonably required for security and compliance purposes.

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, available balance checks, bonus conditions and transaction screening. Any displayed processing range is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Delays may occur because of bank maintenance, incomplete documents, provider outages, public holidays or a required security review.

A bonus or promotion is governed by the specific conditions presented with that offer. These may include a minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible game restriction, maximum stake, expiry period or withdrawal limit. If promotional terms conflict with this Agreement, the specific promotional provision will apply only to that promotion. Abuse, coordinated play or attempts to avoid wagering conditions may result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

Users should check all amounts before confirming a transaction. mktoto is not responsible for charges imposed independently by a bank, e-wallet operator, internet provider or other payment intermediary.

Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of mktoto depends on fair and lawful use. You must not use the platform in a manner that harms another user, compromises a system or attempts to obtain an improper advantage.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Creating duplicate, false or misleading accounts;
• Allowing an underage person or self-excluded individual to access mktoto;
• Using stolen identity details, payment instruments or funds;
• Engaging in fraud, collusion, money laundering, chargeback abuse or bonus manipulation;
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools or unauthorised software to interact with games or betting markets;
• Exploiting, attempting to exploit or failing to report an obvious technical error, pricing mistake or game malfunction;
• Interfering with platform security, availability, data or network performance;
• Submitting abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unlawful communications to mktoto staff or other users; and
• Copying, republishing or commercially exploiting mktoto content without prior authorisation.

Where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, mktoto may restrict relevant transactions, preserve records, request supporting information and suspend access while an investigation is completed. Any action taken will depend on the seriousness of the matter and applicable obligations.

Responsible Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk and must be treated as entertainment rather than income. mktoto is available only to players aged 21 and above. You should set an affordable budget before playing and must never use money needed for housing, food, transport, healthcare, education, debt payments or family commitments.

mktoto may provide deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion tools. You are encouraged to use these controls before gambling becomes difficult to manage. A request for self-exclusion may restrict access and promotional communication for the selected period, subject to identity verification and the operational scope explained when the request is made.

Warning signs can include chasing losses, concealing gambling activity, borrowing to continue, neglecting work or family responsibilities, and feeling anxious when unable to play. If any of these signs apply, stop gambling and seek appropriate support. mktoto may also intervene where account activity indicates a potential risk of harm.

Intellectual Property

The mktoto name, visual identity, interface, written content, graphics, databases, software arrangement and other original platform materials are owned by or licensed to mktoto and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the platform for personal entertainment.

You may not reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from protected mktoto materials unless expressly permitted in writing. No ownership right is transferred to you through platform access.

References to Malaysian payment providers, banks, sporting competitions or game categories are used for identification and informational context. Their respective names and marks remain the property of their owners, and no affiliation should be inferred unless expressly stated.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mktoto is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, network or browser. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, payment-provider outages and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

You accept the inherent risk of gambling and remain responsible for your decisions, wagers and losses. mktoto is not liable for a loss caused by an incorrect user entry, a weak internet connection, a compromised device, failure to secure account credentials or reliance on information that is clearly identified as an estimate.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability may legally be limited, mktoto's responsibility will be restricted to the direct loss reasonably established and will not include indirect, incidental, consequential or speculative loss, including loss of opportunity or anticipated profit.

Suspension, Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your mktoto account, subject to completion of any necessary identity, security and balance review. Account closure does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before closure.

mktoto may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to investigate prohibited conduct, protect a user, comply with a legal requirement, complete verification, address a payment dispute or prevent harm to the platform. Where appropriate and legally permitted, the user will be informed of the action and any steps required for review.

Valid remaining funds will be handled in accordance with verification requirements, payment rules and applicable law. Funds linked to fraud, unlawful activity, duplicate accounts or material promotional abuse may be withheld, reversed or otherwise addressed where legally justified.

Amendments to These Terms

mktoto may revise this Agreement to reflect legal developments, security requirements, product changes, payment arrangements or responsible-gambling standards. Updated terms will be published on this page with an appropriate review date.

Material amendments may be communicated through the platform where practical. You are responsible for reviewing the current mktoto Terms and Conditions periodically. If you do not accept an amendment, you must discontinue use. Continued access after revised terms take effect indicates acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be interpreted according to the laws and legal principles applicable to the services and the user's location, without limiting any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Users are responsible for understanding restrictions that may apply in Malaysia or any other jurisdiction from which mktoto is accessed.

Before beginning formal proceedings, you should provide mktoto with a clear description of the dispute, the relevant dates, the amount involved and any supporting transaction reference. Both parties should attempt to resolve the matter in good faith within a reasonable period.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay by mktoto in enforcing a right does not amount to a permanent waiver of that right.
